What the booking demo stores

If you complete a booking in the demo on our homepage, we store the name, email address, phone number and accommodation you entered, along with the charter you selected. That record exists so we can show you the operator side of the software with your own booking in it.

What it never stores

Passport numbers are not collected anywhere in this system. For British Virgin Islands charters the software records nationality and a yes or no confirmation that each guest is travelling with a passport, which is what an operator needs, and nothing more.

No payment is processed by the demo and no card details are handled or stored.

Access requests

When you ask for demo access we keep your name, company, email, phone and message so we can reply. We use it for that, and not for anything else.

Operator accounts

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Sign-in attempts are logged with an IP address for a week to throttle brute-force attempts. Actions taken inside an operator account are recorded so a business can see who changed what.

Removal

Email info@charterops.vi and we will delete your demo booking and any request you sent us.

Operators running Charter Ops

When a charter company runs this software for its own business, that company controls its guest data. This policy covers the demonstration site at charterops.vi.
